Psalm 118:8 ...'It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.'
It should be plainly obvious by now, especially since 2020, why God gave
His people and the world the health message. But for those who are still not sure of the health message and the importance of it, then take a look at the following:

"England is engulfed in a cardiovascular disease emergency - 100,000 excess heart related deaths since March 2020." (source)
I could keep on listing many more news articles. But you get the picture! Can you see why God gave the health message? People all over the world are suffering and dying due to relying upon man and the sorceries of Babylon, instead of trusting in God and walking in His ways.
Now there are many people who have rejected the vaccine, but still live unhealthy lives. Well, guess what you will still end up relying upon one day if you live unhealthily? The drugs (sorceries) of Babylon. Even if you reject vaccines, when you disregard the health laws that God put in place for us, then you will still end up getting sick and end up having to rely upon man to try and 'fix' the sickness. But instead of dealing with the root cause of the sickness, the world's medical 'care' system only deals with the symptoms, and thus you will remain sick until the root cause is dealt with. That is, giving this body the right food, fluids, movement and environment for it to heal and remain healthy. And most important of all, trust in the LORD God Jehovah and obedience to His ways.
Now there is a counterfeit health message being pushed upon the world, to get the world to rely upon vaccines and drugs. And guess who is behind this counterfeit health message? The Vatican! In 2021, the Vatican hosted a conference to push drugs and vaccines (sorceries/'pharmakeia' - Rev.18:23) upon the world. Take a look at the following news articles regarding it:
"The CEOs of vaccine-makers Pfizer and Moderna joined cardinals, academics and the lead guitarist of Aerosmith in opening a unique Vatican conference on COVID-19, other global health threats and how science, solidarity and spirituality can address them ... the key to overcoming current vaccine hesitancy is pairing the right medical message with the right messenger. You have someone who's a deeply religious person who will listen to their clergy ... The Vatican has declared that all COVID-19 vaccines are not only morally licit, but that people have a moral responsibility to get the jabs to protect others ... Rabbis, cardinals, imams and representatives of Christian denominations are discussing the role of religion and spirituality in health ... "Would you want to live to 120 if you were healthy? What about preventing Type 1 diabetes before it ever strikes? ... both might be possible and are being worked on by scientists as described in a Vatican conference he helped organize and moderate ... For three days, more than 100 global leaders in science, faith, medicine and technology are discussing the latest breakthroughs in medicine, health care delivery and prevention ... Researchers have identified several drugs that appear to restore some of the cellular processes of our youth." (source)
Do you see what this message from the Vatican and the world is based on? Worldly science, man made drugs and vaccines. There is NOTHING of true faith being promoted here. And this is part of the battle of the third angel's message - trust in man vs faith in Jesus Christ and the commandments of God.
"While appearing to the children of men as a great physician who can heal all their maladies, he [SATAN] will bring disease and disaster until populous cities are reduced to ruin and desolation. Even now he is at work. In accidents and calamities by sea and by land, in great conflagrations, in fierce tornadoes and terrific hailstorms, in tempests, floods, cyclones, tidal waves, and earthquakes, in every place and in a thousand forms, is Satan exercising his power. He sweeps away the ripening harvest, and famine and distress follow. He imparts to the air a deadly taint, and thousands perish by the pestilence. These visitations are to become more and more frequent and disastrous. Destruction will be upon the inhabitants of the world. The beasts of the field will groan, and the earth will languish." (The Spirit of Prophecy, Volume 4. p. 407)
Can you see why God's health message is important? What was Jehovah's original health plan?
Genesis 1:29 ...'And God said, behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.' - [PLANT BASED FOOD]
Proverbs 3:5-8 ...'TRUST in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be HEALTH to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones.' - [TRUST IN THE LORD]
But what is the 'health' plan of Satan, the Vatican and the world?
Revelation 18:23 ...'for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries [pharmakeia] were all nations deceived.' - [TRUST IN MAN AND HIS SORCERIES]
"Were I sick, I would just as soon call in a lawyer as a physician from among general practitioners. I would not touch their nostrums, to which they give Latin names. I am determined to know, in straight English, the name of everything that I introduce into my system." (E.White, Manuscript Releases, Volume 20, pgr.1)
JESUS SAID ... 'The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.' (John 10:10)
Just take this in. If we put our trust in God and His ways, we will be led into healthful living and eternal life. But if we put our trust in the 'sorceries' of Babylon, according to Revelation 18:23, we will be DECEIVED! And oh what deception surrounds the drugs and vaccines pushed upon the world today! They do not cure anything. Drugs simply mask the problem by dealing with the symptoms, ignoring the root cause and therefore keeping you sick!
Friends, God made us perfectly. He made our cells perfectly to do their job in keeping the body healthy and disease free - as long as we abide by God's health principles laid out in the garden of Eden with a plant based diet and active, healthy lifestyle, trusting in the Lord. Man has never and will never come up with any 'improvement' to what God has already made! All we need to do is stick to God's way and TRUST in Him.

What is the key to true health? TRUST in the LORD and acknowledge and walk in HIS WAYS. But Satan has deceived the world into trusting in the ways of man instead. And this is the whole central issue of the third angel's message - trust and obedience to man vs. trust and obedience to God. And look at what God also tells us regarding good health for us:
1 Peter 3:10-12 ...'For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.'
Proverbs 10:27 ...'The fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.'
Psalm 34:11-16 ...'Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord. What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. The face of the Lord is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.'
1 Kings 3:14 ...'And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.'
Deuteronomy 5:33 ...'Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess.'
A good diet of Vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts, legumes. Drinking plenty of good clean water and fresh home made juices. Getting fresh air, exercise, proper rest. Getting rid of pollutants from your environment and toxic food, drugs from your mouth and body. These are all important elements of the health message God has given us. But take a another look at the verses above and you will see that another vital part of the health message is turning away from sin, loving and seeking righteousness. Read also Isaiah 58 and you will see that helping those in need is also part of the health message. Simply put - walking in the footsteps of Jesus.
1 Peter 2:21 ...'For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps.'
Verse 23 of 1 Peter 2 tells us that Jesus "committed himself unto God." We must learn to do this, as so many people today, instead of committing themselves unto God, are committing themselves unto man and the 'sicences' and 'philosophies' of man and will end up receiving the mark of the beast and be lost!
The final test is coming friends and we need to be preparing for it by surrendering our all to God. We need to die to self and live unto Christ, seeking to bring glory to God in all that we do and all that we are. We need to separate ourselves from Babylon and all that she is involved in, for she is deceiving the whole world and leading the whole world into the arms of Satan. So let us learn to trust in our Lord God Jehovah and walk in all His ways. This will lead us to life!
Revelation 14:12 ...'Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.'
